Rhiannon Herbert is proud to serve as a New York City Employment Lawyer, and she is passionate about the individuals and companies she represents. Rhiannon is committed to working closely with her clients to understand their goals and develop a clear path forward to achieve the best possible outcome.
As a New York Employment Attorney, Rhiannon represents clients in a wide range of matters, including wage and hour disputes under New York law and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA); Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) violations; discrimination and retaliation claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and New York City Human Rights Law, and employment contract and severance agreement reviews and negotiations. Rhiannon has represented clients in jury trials, arbitration hearings, and mediations before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Rhiannon has been recognized as one the top employment lawyers in the State. She has been recognized by U.S. News Best Lawyers: Best Lawyers in America for 2023 – 2025 for her work as an employment lawyer representing employees and employers. She has also been selected to be included on the Super Lawyers list for three consecutive years between 2023-2025. The selection includes only the top 2.5% of attorneys in the state, as chosen by her peers. Rhiannon grew up in Mentor, Ohio. She earned her undergraduate degree from Ohio Wesleyan University, where she studied political science and history and competed on the women’s swim team. After receiving her J.D., summa cum laude, from Capital University Law School, Rhiannon became a New York city Employment Attorney and has been with Mansell Law since 2018.
